Specialist Eating Disorder Occupational Therapist

Caroline has worked within an inpatient eating disorder service for 4 years.

As an Occupational Therapist, Caroline will support individuals to identify meaningful occupations, establish how eating disorders can impact upon daily functioning, re-engage in self-care, productivity, and leisure tasks, and with the development of new coping mechanisms to enable participation in all areas of their lives.

Caroline also has a special interest in how eating disorders and the sensory system can sometimes overlap, and how therapeutic sensory approaches can aid the recovery process.
