Hannah Stone

Therapy Assistant

Hannah holds an MSc in Psychological Sciences from University College London and a BSc in Medical Neuroscience from the University of Sussex. She has provided therapeutic support across NHS, private, and higher education settings, including out-of-hours crisis services and structured clinical care. She is also a qualified support worker.
Living alongside neurodiverse conditions herself, she brings warmth, compassion, and a strong commitment to delivering support that is tailored to each individual. Her approach is informed by DBT skills and humanistic principles, with a personal interest in psychodynamic and third-wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She has completed the British Isles DBT-informed Skills course and is currently studying counselling skills at Level 2, with plans to undertake further training in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. Her long-term goal is to train as a practitioner psychologist through a psychology doctorate.
At ABBI Clinic, she is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to create a safe and supportive space for reflection, emotional growth, and recovery.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing, spending time with her pets, and going out for coffee
