Hazel Simpson

Hazel completed her degree in Children’s Nursing at the University of Nottingham. Upon qualifying in 2019 she took the opportunity to further her experience into the Mental Health field of nursing.

Hazel has gained a strong background since qualifying in inpatient eating disorders and worked in a CAMHS setting for over 5 years. She worked her way up to Deputy Ward Manager and worked as a regional trainer for Reducing restrictive practice, providing education around eating disorders and treatment.

Hazel strives to offer a compassionate, person-centred approach and is committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, taking into account the physical, psychological and emotional aspects of eating disorders. She strives to create a safe and honest space whilst empowering patients and providing hope for the future.
