Radost has been supporting individuals in their recovery from eating disorders since qualifying from her masters of advance counselling and psychotherapy in 2018. She feels incredibly privileged to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their inner strengths and work towards living a life in line with their values.
Her journey into this work was shaped by a deep commitment to early intervention and accessible, specialist care. Over the past six years, she has held several roles within an NHS community eating disorders service, including managing an early intervention pathway designed to reduce the risk of long-term health complications and support more positive recovery outcomes.
She has a particular interest in working with emerging adults and families, and draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT-E, MANTRA, and FT-AN. In addition to her work in eating disorders, she has led early intervention counselling services for primary school children and supervised trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors in nature.
