Sara Merchant

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Mumbai, India, and became a registered dietitian in 2022. I began my career working with eating disorders, but soon sought broader clinical experience through a role in general medicine. However, my passion for eating disorders led me back to the field.

I have since specialised in eating disorders, serving as a lead dietitian in my previous role. I integrate evidence based clinical methods with empathy, recognising that effective care for eating disorder requires both. I have experience working with patients of all ages.
