Having worked directly with patients throughout her career, Janine understands the importance of a smooth, responsive experience at every stage of the care journey. She is committed to ensuring that the operational side of ABBI Clinic runs with the same warmth and attention to detail that defines the clinical team’s approach.

In her role at ABBI, Janine supports the co-ordination of referrals, appointments, and communications, helping to ensure that patients and families feel informed, supported, and well looked after from the moment they first make contact.
